We’re Hiring Licensed and Pre-Licensed Clinicians!
Join the Team at Bozeman Therapy & Counseling
Are you a passionate mental health professional looking to make a real impact while working in a warm, collaborative environment? Whether you’re fully licensed or pre-licensed, Bozeman Therapy & Counseling offers an incredible opportunity to grow your career alongside a team dedicated to deep, meaningful client care.
We are actively hiring MSWs, LMFTs, LCSWs, LCPCs, and other licensed and pre-licensed clinicians for in-person, telehealth, and hybrid roles. Our thriving practice is located in the heart of downtown Bozeman, Montana, where we serve clients locally.
About Our Practice
Bozeman Therapy & Counseling is founded and owned by Julie Menanno, licensed therapist, relationship coach, and author of the bestselling book Secure Love. Julie is also the voice behind The Secure Relationship, a social media platform followed by over a million people seeking relational healing and connection. With her guidance, our practice is grounded in attachment theory, Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), and values of empathy, collaboration, and personal growth.
We are more than just a therapy office — we are a team of clinicians who care deeply about client transformation and professional development. If you’re looking for a meaningful role within a high-integrity, mission-driven practice, we’d love to meet you.
Opportunities for Fully Licensed Clinicians
We provide:
A steady flow of clients — We manage referrals and marketing, so your schedule fills quickly with motivated clients.
Flexible scheduling — Choose your ideal balance of in-person and telehealth sessions.
Competitive pay — Transparent rates based on experience, licensure, and availability.
Professional growth — Regular training opportunities, peer consultation, and optional supervision.
A collaborative community — We value connection and teamwork among our staff as much as with our clients.
Admin support — Focus on what you do best — we handle the billing, scheduling, and logistics.
Whether you're an experienced clinician looking to shed the burden of private practice admin or a solo practitioner wanting more connection and community, this role offers the best of both worlds: autonomy and team support.
Opportunities for Pre-Licensed Clinicians
Are you working toward licensure and seeking a supportive, hands-on environment to build your clinical skills? We offer:
Paid positions with a pathway to full licensure and continued employment.
Structured supervision from seasoned, attachment-informed clinicians.
Training and mentorship in Emotionally Focused Therapy and best practices in couples and individual work.
Client matching — We work with you to build a caseload that fits your growing expertise.
A positive launchpad — Get real-world clinical experience in a setting designed to help you thrive.
This is a great opportunity for newly graduated clinicians who want to grow into confident, capable practitioners — especially those drawn to relational work and long-term career development within a group practice.
